Packages are shipped USPS Priority
with tracking and insurance within the US
and Canada. If you want a signature to be required, please say so in the message field
of your order.

Retail orders typically ship within 1 week
when the item is in stock, otherwise please
allow 2-to-3 weeks.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

The item must be returned with tracking, in its original packaging, and within one week after receiving the item. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, and only if the item is returned and received in perfect condition.
